Redline Plumbing

A licensed 24/7 plumbing and gas outfit whose website behaved like a business card while every competitor answered the phone first.

redlineplumbing.com.au

The challenge

Emergency searchers on mobile at 2am had to hunt for a phone number, there was no coverage for the 48 suburbs the vans actually serviced, and lead cost was climbing on paid.

Strategy summary

One job: make the phone ring. Call-first layout on every template, programmatic suburb coverage for the whole service area, and a quote form that qualifies the job before the on-call tech picks up.

Before and after

Before

  • Phone number in the footer only
  • Five pages, no suburb or emergency coverage
  • No call tracking — spend allocated blind
  • Quote enquiries arriving with no job detail

After

  • Sticky call bar with tracked tap-to-call
  • 48 programmatic suburb pages live
  • Photo-upload quote form routed to the on-call tech
  • Call conversions feeding GA4 and Google Ads

What we did

01

Call-first layout

Sticky mobile call bar, tap-to-call tracking and after-hours messaging that changes with the clock.

02

Programmatic suburb pages

48 location pages from one template with response times, coverage and locally relevant reviews.

03

Qualifying quote form

Job type, urgency and photo upload routed straight to the on-call technician's phone.

04

Paid and organic alignment

GA4 and Ads conversion tracking on calls so spend follows the suburbs that actually convert.

SEO and performance wins

Indicative outcomes from the build pattern this demo is based on — measured in Search Console, GA4 and throttled Lighthouse runs.
